Every project is scoped individually so this is a guide, not a ceiling. Larger enterprises and comprehensive rebrands are quoted based on their scale and scope.

Design retainers

For clients who want ongoing creative support, without the faff.

Once your brand is built, it needs to live and breathe across everything you put out - social campaigns, print collateral, presentations, event materials. That's where my design retainer comes in.

Think of it as having a designer on call, without the full-time hire. You get a set number of hours each month, priority turnaround, and the consistency that comes from working with someone who already knows your brand inside out.

What’s included:

  • Agreed monthly hours (minimum 4 hrs/month)

  • Priority turnaround on all requests

  • Social media graphics, website updates, print, presentations, ads - whatever you need

  • Monthly check-in to plan upcoming work

  • Consistent quality from someone who already knows your brand

  • Minimum 3-month commitment (flexible after that)

Investment

Design retainers range from €240 - €900 per month.

Hours and rate are agreed in advance. Recommended for clients post-brand or post-website project who want to keep design momentum going.

How We’ll Work Together

  • Stage 1

    DISCOVERY

    This is the most important step in the entire process. Through in-depth discovery sessions, I cut through surface thinking to understand what makes you genuinely distinctive - your vision, your values, your market position, and the ambitious identity you're building toward.

  • Stage 2

    DIRECTION

    Once I've uncovered what makes you distinctive, I'll present a strategic design direction. This shows how insight translates into visual identity covering style, typography, colour, and tone. Together, we'll ensure the direction feels both powerful and authentically yours before moving forward.

  • Stage 3

    DESIGN

    Now the distinctive becomes visible. With strategic clarity in hand, I craft your cohesive identity. Every element chosen with intention to create a brand language that commands attention and reflects your essence.

  • Stage 4

    PRESENTATION

    With the leading design, I will deliver a presentation detailing typography, colour choice, imagery treatment, plus industry specific mock ups to visualise how this design looks in your world. I will then share this presentation with you to support the feedback process. 

  • Stage 5

    FEEDBACK LOOPS

    By this point, you will have had time to sit with the work to gather and consolidate your feedback. This is your opportunity to send over any amends or considerations you’d like to see in the next round via a dedicated form so nothing is lost in translation. 

  • Stage 6

    REFINE

    I address your feedback and depending on the amends, I may organise another presentation to take you through the changes, otherwise I will share over email with an appropriate amount of commentary. By now, we should be very close to sign off if we aren’t already! 

  • Stage 7

    HANDOVER

    Once refinements are finalised, you'll receive all files, comprehensive guidelines, and strategic assets organised for seamless implementation. You gain not just the deliverables but the confidence and clarity to operate at a higher level with a brand that feels both powerful and authentically yours.
