Buncrana Town Team Plan

The Buncrana Town Team spent over 15 months gathering feedback from residents, businesses, and local organizations, culminating in a comprehensive action plan for the town's development. They came to me with their findings in a simple Word document, and my task was to transform it into something visually compelling that would do justice to their extensive work.

Working closely with the team, I established a production timeline with critical deadlines to keep the project on track. Using the national Town Team brand, local photography from Adam Porter Photography, and imagery from Fáilte Ireland, I created a clean, professional design that gives the content room to breathe. The final document has been well received by both the Town Team and the public - a clear, accessible guide for Buncrana's next 15 years.
