How We’ll Work Together

  • Stage 1

    DISCOVERY

    You will receive a structured online form that asks for your business goals, audience, USP, design references and timelines. For the Bespoke package, both brand and web strategy are covered in one session.

  • Stage 2

    CONTENT TEMPLATE

    You will receive a structured online form listing every piece of content needed - meta data, copy, images, videos, logos, colours, fonts.

    No build starts until this is returned complete.

  • Stage 3

    CONTENT SUBMISSION

    You return your completed content to me by an agreed date. The website project clock does not start, and design does not begin, until all content is received and confirmed.

  • Stage 4

    STRATEGY & DIRECTION

    Site structure, navigation, page hierarchy, and design direction are confirmed. Both the Signature and Bespoke packages include a mood board and written design brief.

  • Stage 5

    KEY PAGE DESIGN

    Homepage and key feature pages are designed as mockups for your approval before the full build begins. Launchpad customers receive a brand-applied template preview.

  • Stage 6

    FEEDBACK & REFINE

    Client reviews and submits consolidated feedback.

    Launchpad: One round included.
    Signature and Bespoke: Two rounds included.
    Additional rounds: Billed at €200 each.

  • Stage 7

    FULL SITE BUILD

    All pages are built in Squarespace. Signature and Bespoke include custom CSS, code injection, and all integrations where needed.

  • Stage 8

    TEST & LAUNCH

    Cross-device and browser testing, SEO checks, domain connection and go live. A video handover is sent to you and post-launch support period begins.

  • The Launchpad is built using a Squarespace template customised to your brand. It's fast, professional, and perfect for businesses that need a strong online presence without the complexity of a fully bespoke build. The Signature starts from scratch with a custom design created specifically for you. This means unique layouts, advanced styling, and a homepage mockup approved before a single page is built. If you're not sure which you need, we can figure that out together on a discovery call.

  • You'll receive a Content Builder Template at the start of your project. This is a structured document that walks you through exactly what copy and images each page needs. The design phase doesn't begin until your content is submitted, so you have time to prepare it properly.

  • Yes, eCommerce can be added to all websites as an optional extra. Pricing starts from €750 for a simple shop and increases depending on the number of products, variants, and any custom functionality needed. I'll always scope this separately before quoting so there are no surprises.

  • Not always. If you have an existing brand with logo, colours, and fonts, I can absolutely build a site around it. If you're starting from scratch or your brand has outgrown your current identity, the Brand + Signature Combo is the most powerful option. It gives you complete cohesion because your site is built directly from your new brand, by the same person who created it.

  • Every project finishes with a personal video walkthrough of your site. I'll show you how to update text and images, add blog posts, manage your contact forms, and anything else you're likely to need day-to-day. You'll also receive 14 or 30 days of post-launch email support depending on your package, so any questions that come up after launch are covered.

  • Your Squarespace subscription, domain name, and any third-party tools (email marketing, scheduling etc.) are ongoing costs separate to my design fee. Squarespace plans start from around €13/month on annual billing. I'll walk you through the full cost picture before we start so you know exactly what you're committing to.
